  • Materials — what it's made of (cedar pickets, asphalt shingle, brick…)
  • Colors — names or codes
  • Dimensions — height, footprint, or square footage
  • Where on the lot — distance from property lines
  • Timeline — when work would start, and who's doing it (self or contractor)
